SYLVIA KHADIJATU KALLEY
SYLVIA KHADIJATU KALLEY(M.Sc.) is a motivated International Development Management Specialist with over 16 years of professional experience. Her leadership includes the effective and efficient management of multi-million-dollar grants and contracts with a focus on regulatory compliance and enforcement of client policies and procedures. She has extensive experience in building and sustaining relationships and partnerships and providing technical assistance to stakeholders in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Currently she is a member of the Senior Management Team at eHealth Africa (eHA), an organization with a mission to improve health systems using data driven solutions. Prior to commencing her role as eHA’s Sr. Grants and Contracts Manager, she managed the World Bank’s $16.5M Sustainable Energy, Oil, Gas & Mining portfolio in Sierra Leone. This entailed providing oversight on the design and management of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) project, including providing strategic advisory and technical assistance services to the Ministry of Mineral Resources
Sylvia is a globetrotter and has had the opportunity to live in three countries and visit 19 countries. She has also held positions with the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, The Special Court for Sierra Leone and several US non-profits.
Her long-term dream is to contribute towards Sierra Leone's youth development and to serve as a catalyst for business start-up and growth.
