JESTINA PATRICIA BETTS
JESTINA PATRICIA BETTS holds a BA Joint (HONS) in Media & Cultural Studies (University of East Anglia, Suffolk) and an MA in International Relations (UK) and Chartered MCIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) UK.
Before joining Orange SL, she worked for the Metropolitan Police (UK), Vector Marketing (Canada), Bank of England and Express Newspaper (UK). She joined Airtel SL from the UK then as Talent Manager in January 2009, in 2010 became the Head of HR and was promoted in 2012 as HR Director.
She has worked in several other African countries; Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda. In 2015 she moved to the Customer Experience and worked in the capacity of Customer Experience Director for three (3) years. In May of 2018 she was transferred back to HR. She has a son and enjoys watching movies.
