ARIANA OLUWOLE is a young entrepreneur in the educational sector and Owner/Proprietress of Narnia Educational Group, an educational Consultancy and an early learning center which caters for children between the ages of 0-3 years. Narnia prepares young minds at one of the most critical learning periods in their life; equipping them with the knowledge, skills, values and confidence necessary to successfully adapt to an increasingly complex world.
Ariana is also one of the National Coordinators for the Commonwealth Association of Young Entrepreneurs in West Africa (CAYE-WA). She has worked with numerous multinationals in problem solving and creating solutions around project management, systems, and implementation of work protocols and creating formidable work forces that are making history.
She is passionate about startups and works with people and businesses to actualise their own dreams. She led the coordination for the first ever national mayoral debate for Sierra Leone Elections 2018 hosted by the Sierraeye Magazine.
In addition, she is also a Trainer, Facilitator and Coach. Notably she co-facilitated the first ever ‘Branding Bootcamp’ with The Freetown Business School in collaboration with SOBA (a DFID funded project managed by Adam Smith International). The program met with its goal of producing “Branding Bosses” who possess the professional skills and expertise in effective branding processes, and developed their knowledge base-of-the-pyramid marketing tactics.
Ariana is an author at She Leads Africa. Her passion for writing can be seen on her blog @ArianaDiaries where she chronicles stories and poetry that inspire women to reach for the stars daily.
Most recently won the 2018 Sisters Choice Awards in the category of Education; as Best Female Educationist 2018.
